Original livery was blue and with a white 'meat-hook', and it's interesting to see how the colour has faded over the years.
After the 1995 re-organization of NS, in 1996 the 'Rail-Pro' branding appeared and all were quickly repainted as I guess they were serviced and transferred from NS ownership. More recently in 2004, the overbranding for "Voestalpine Rail-pro" has appeared on their fleet of Fccpps wagons available for hire or long-term lease.

A sprinkler system to dampen the dust of the ballast during discharge, a 'track bar protector' to clear the rail head of ballast and under-frame lighting to provide an aid to visual inspection to ballast dumping at night-time.
